I grew up on mountain road trips in a unicorn-decorated van, tagging along as my parents visited artists and practiced mindfulness in Unitarian retreats. Those beginnings shaped this space.

Happy Valentines Day to the Y!

I have gotten to know The Y is so much better thanks to Angela's coaching, Abby's leadership, and Carrie's instruction. I am incredibly grateful to have found such a positive community to exercise with.
