About Stacy Jo, a Hippie Chick

Hi, I’m Stacy Jo.

I write A Hippie Chick as a creative space to share stories, nature, music, and life’s soulful moments. I’m an Atlanta native who loves growing daylilies and hiking to waterfalls with my husband, Greg. You’ll often find us with the Jeep top down and the music turned up.

Some of my favorite memories are from the creek behind my childhood home, catching crawdads with my little brother, and sitting in the shade of a dogwood tree. That sense of wonder still guides me today.

Now, with our three grown kids off on their own adventures, I’m writing from a place of reflection and rediscovery.

A Hippie Chick all about living creatively, consciously, and letting a sprinkle of whimsy guide the way. I’m so glad you’re here. Drop me a line anytime.

Below is a short video of my husband and me from a few months ago, passing the time before a concert started. Sometimes you have to make your own fun:)
