AI Rendered: My Digital Self in Motion
One day, Ben took a quick picture of me, and I decided to explore AI by using TikTok's AI Alive, which uses its Story Camera feature to animate the photo. I don't use TikTok often because it is a huge time-waster for me. However, this seemed like an opportunity for a beginner to try out walking animation. I enjoyed seeing the final result, although people close to me would recognize that it's AI-generated.
TikTok claims that we can easily animate our photos and create "richer, more visually engaging stories." I find it amusing, and this AI experiment might offer a fun way to add visual interest to my blog. There are dozens of AI platforms that I want to explore (I have a list), but I haven't found the time. This small beginner's experiment has only deepened my thoughts about the vast implications of AI in our world. Here is one more example. The photo is a fun time just hanging with #CousinsLikeBesties. It makes me smile to see the AI version below. That’s a really good result of what it can do.
